Grainne has staked out a small territory in the north, roughly between Pacoima and Tujunga. She operates somewhere in the overlap between Robinhood and a cult leader, and has cultivated a herd among the various punks, squatters, and other homeless folk in her territory. She has a chip on her shoulder about poaching in her territory.  While not particularly dedicated to the effort, she maintains a shell of a life as a local charity worker.
