  Updated information: 5iN (pronounced Sin) was formerly known as the "Anarch Prince" of Peoria, Illinois and current Baron of the area. Originally a phone phreak and hacker in the early days of personal computers in the 80's, he's left behind the hacker scene in favor of the maker scene. He now designs, 3D Prints, and mills "ghost guns," unregistered firearms, that he sells to fellow members of the Anarch Movement to use against the Second Inquisition and to defend their territories against the incursion of Camarilla who want to make a name for themselves. Previously he claimed the title of "Prince" of Peoria, Illinois in an attempt to utilize the Second Tradition as a means to keep Prince Jackson from making pushes into the region from Chicago. After capturing and executing Cesar in Chicago for violation of the Masquerade and earning Jackson's "favor," the Anarchs then cashed in a token indicating that they held a boon from Jackson. Their demand? That Chicago acknowledge the legitimacy of the Anarch's hold of Peoria, Illinois. Now no longer hiding behind a title he doesn't respect, 5iN proudly proclaims Peoria's status as another Anarch Free State. Apparent age: Early 20's Dedicated member of the Anarchs since at least the 1969 Woodstock music festival, acknowledged within the Camarilla since October 2001 in Madison, Wisconsin. Claimed Peoria, IL in 2002. Granted the status Resourceful in San Antonio. Holds a boon from "Clan Gangrel" in Chicago.
