Omaya Omri is the only childe and Seneschal of Deacon Rivka, the Prince of Billings, Montana. She spent much time under her sire’s wing learning the ins and outs of Ventrue traditions and etiquette, and is now ready to mingle amongst other Kindred. In recent decades her sire has become more isolated and his presence in grander politics has waned, and Omaya hopes to strengthen and restore their place in the Camarilla. She wants to improve her influence, and possibly expand their domain.
