Dr. Declan ‘Doc’ Chance was embraced in the 1980s and served the House Tremere in Las Vegas until the fall of Vienna. Since then, Declan’s loyalty has shifted more towards the Domain, independent research, and establishing a means for scholars to share information for the benefit of Kindred and mortal society alike. He has recently joined House Ipsissimus and the Anarchs.
