“The Prince in Exile”, Arthur Thorne once acted as the infamous Prince of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. A purported diablerist with a violent streak, Arthur went into self-imposed exile in the wake of the fall of London and Operation Antigen – alongside their partner, Knekt Mia.

Now Arthur travels the world, seeking allies to restore them to their throne back home and in doing so return power to the kindred of Birmingham and Britain once more.
