Felix is a new face to the Camarilla. With the recent induction of the Ashirra into the Ivory Tower, he's been sent into the southwest to scout suitable locations for his sect to live and prosper. Known for his resourcefulness and fine eye of judgement he's been adopted into the court of Albuquerque and, given some assistance made sure that none in the city go hungry during this change in regimes.
